June 15, 2009—The U12 Gaels (State Champions) and the U16 Gaels (State Champions and Region 1 League Champions) will represent the girls side for Spirit United. Joining them on the boys side, will be the U15 Celtic (Region 1 League Champions and State Cup Finalist), U16 Coppa 82 (State Cup Champions and Region 1 League finalist) and U18 Premier (State Cup Finalist and Region 1 League Finalist). All five teams will be competing in West Virginia on July2-7 for the right to represent Region1 at the US Youth Soccer National Championships in Lancaster, MA on July 20 – 26. This is the most ever for the club to have 5 teams at the Regional. Congratulations and good luck to all the teams.
